    Konga should help sellers and buyers alike by sending RETURNED ITEMS to  "My preferred pick-up locations" as given in seller"s profile.My item was returned to my location(when i went to pick it, i was told  not available-meanwhile i tracked  it myself-see screen shot) but it was  sent back to lagos again-Annoying   Z407117065001In Transit
