    i noticed that for days now SHQ is not notifying me of new order, ship order, delivery order or return order for both email and phone messages. sometimes i just log in to my  SHQ to discover that i have orders. please help me rectify it ASAP

    For real! I am always shocked that Konga does not value proactive update to merchants on issues which will definitely impact on customers. A lot of us depend on the alerts to ensure speedy delivery to customers. My expectation is that once a merchant makes a complaint, Konga should determine if the complaint affects other merchants and take a proactive approach to inform everyone of the issue. Needless to list out the values in this method here.
