  • Am I Responsible For Delivering My Products

    I just opened my store on Konga and i have gotten an order. How does the product get to the buyer. I thought Konga will be responsible for that because the email i got is that i should deliver to my buyer. The destination is quite far and i dont know how to go about it.
    
    Please i need clarification on this

    Congrats. Don't forget to call your buyer reminding them to track the order via their Konga account....so they do not miss the delivery.

    Your location has a K-express drop off center at 32 Quarry Rd, Abeokuta, Ogun State.
    All that is required is for you to print out your invoice, pack your orders properly and drop off at K-express. 
    K-express will be responsible for shipping and receiving payment for your orders.
