    i started using selling on this platform 2mths ago and got a sales average of 2items per day.suddenly everything stopped,no orders.i changed my delivery options and i still have pod as an option on my store.so i decided to buy my own products on konga.i clicked on several of them and got the message "merchant does not ship to your location",also "pod is not accepted by merchant'.please is there a problem with the software.

    My sincere apologies for this delay, Please don't stop reassuring your buyers, and we will also do our part in informing buyers on the technical issues , bear with us
    Our Tech support are working tirelessly to ensure every issue raised is  rectified, every single store will be worked on, This is not on a first to register basis.

    I have been telling my customers that my shipping charges are reduced and the first day I got an order for free shipping (so I believe that free shipping will definitely work) but after that over a week ago - NADA.  why? my shop front shows konga's shipping rates. now my customers think I have been lying to them.  Nobody like waiting indefinitely, if am told, we are working on shops based on how long you have been with us, then I know that I might have a long wait, (am fairly new) but just telling us to bear with you while the small trust we have built is slowly trickling away with every passing day is kinda really really hard o! On this issue KONGA na u be d "Oga at the Top O! please sort us out soon o!

    I have not recorded any order for the past 10 days, and  have tried clicking on my store but an getting no product available from this store.I have updated my store several time but the list aint coming live yet .Please what is the way forward ?
