    How do I adjust shipping charges in my store setting to reflect the new shipping rates and updates from the courier company am currently using?
    I have tried to do this on my own but it's seem not working for me. I need help!

    I have the same issue too. since the introduction of weight based shipping, 7 orders have been overcharged. These items are all under 1kg, all shipped via KOS Deliveries. I have sent several emails to konga, some replied saying my wallet will be credited  with the overcharged amount soon, while others say its cos of my location. The shipping location and charges are set by Konga and i cant modify it, so please how is this my fault?

    Emmanuel I, you are not alone in the difficulty reaching Konga via the phones. We have made complaints in the past but it seems that the operators are not able to understand the issue being raised.
    
    Someone in Konga should please try using their personal mobile phone to contact their customer care on daily basis to understand the frustration.

    Please note that merchants are not allowed to set shipping charges. A customer is charged for shipping based on the weight of the item being ordered and location being shipped to.

    Why is Konga's sellers service line(+234 809 460 5555) always "Switched Off"? Am I the only one finding it difficult to reach Konga via that line?
