    Hello Regina,

When your product images are rejected, reason(s) for rejection is usually stated in the email you receive explaining the reason(s) for rejection.

In addition, Konga presently accepts images that are 500 X 500pixels with size within the range 100-500KB. We also encourage merchants to take images of products in their real life environment or on a plain background. It is very likely that your products are rejected because the image quality is low i.e appear very blurry and does not fully capture the product's full appearance.

You can send examples of these rejected images to [email protected]

    Hello Regina,

Images are sometimes rejected when they are of poor quality, have bad backgrounds, are blurry and are not large. The truth is the background doesn't have to be plain. I actually received a mail encouraging we merchants to use images of products in their natural environment. I don’t think there would be a reason for them to reject our products if the images meet their requirements. I hope this helps.
