    I have tried uploading my I'd under documents on my profile but it doesn't seem to be working. I've called and the lady said I should send it as an attachment to on boarding@konga.com. I did over a week ago and still nothing. Can someone help?

    Kindly ensure you are uploading a valid means of identification. If the problem still persists, please send an email to onboarding@konga.com stating the means of identification used.
