    just got email from [email protected] "Action Required- Update Your Products Quantity"
    i update my inventory on the seller forum IMMEDIATELY i make sales, so i dont need to do all this refreshing u guys are asking for, my current status on live are my current status, hope u guys wont pernalize me alongside others that dont update their inventory or i must edit all of them one by one all over again now? i dont get?

    @Chika, we advise that you confirm that the product quantity reflecting on your store is the same as the current stock you have and update accordingly. Your products count are refreshed automatically every 30days so you can simply re-update the quantity within that 30 days or less just to keep track of your current stock count.
    
    @Regina, for quality assurance purposes and to ensure compliance with the Mall's trading requirements, all activities on your store from your SHQ dashboard will be reviewed by our team before going back to live on the website. This should not exceed 24hours for all products.

    I just came back from vacation and re-opened  my store( it was LIVE).I tried refreshing the quantity of one item,only for that to be placed under review(that item is very important).My question is-what am to do?Afraid of trying the rest items so that they will not be placed under review?

    not quite.
    if an item hasnot been sold for 30 days or more and the quantity is 30pieces, do i need to edit this quantity for each item like this by just deleting the figure of quantity and replacing with same figure so u guys dont make the item invisible? bc i v lots of items like this that for more than 2months , they are same quantity.???

    Hello Chika,
    
    If you have recently updated your products quantity within the last 30 days, please ignore the email.
    
    As mentioned in the second sentence of the mail, the inventory refresh will only apply to stores yet to update their quantity within the last 30 days.  "We will be conducting a refresh of all products that have not been updated in 30 days"
    
    Hope this clarifies things.
