    The Konga account Officers are not that effective when it comes to communicating and having relationship with there sellers.  i understand that, the work might be tedious, but the issue of getting across to them is very difficult, and wen you do they are in a haste to discharge you. this is quite inappropriate. This should be worked on, on other Platforms, store managers/officers have the interest of the sellers in heart, there utmost objective is to project the stores they represent and carry the seller along, i belive that should apply to Konga too

    konga needs to do something urgently about returned items. i have a couple of rejected items that are yet to be delivered. communication is key.i advise the konga team ,as a matter of urgency to come to our aid by resolving pending issues of returned orders. Many thanks

    i have several return items that are yet to return to me dated back from oct 2014, i have send several mail to mall in this regard but nothing yet has been done, it really affecting business, please help

    U need to assign account officers to Marchants for effective communication.  That your help line takes several minutes at the expense of the marchant before they pick. Communication is vital.

    That's a good question.  I thought that was the case.  What about the person who introduced me to Konga.  I haven't heard from her since she contacted me.
