As a new seller, I couldn't upload my products on "sell an item" module.
I have sent mail twice to email@example.com.
Pls team kindly assist.

You will be required to complete the New Merchant Orientation assessment and also upload your image, Drivers licence OR National ID card OR International Passport.
Once you have uploaded these details and successfully passed the NMO assessment, you will be granted approval to upload your products. If you have passed these stages and issue still persists, please send a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with the error message being received when you attempt to upload your items.
