  • 24hours customer service should be a part of the changes happening around here....very important!

    Kudos to the Konga team, your hardwork and sleepless nights are gradually paying off. While sellers realize that these changes may take a while to start benefiting us all, we need you to understand that we are equally but patiently going through some difficult times since the launch of the new SHQ. You see, I usually  have an average of 11 orders weekly but throughout this week...not a single order until last night and to my disappointment,I am unable to accept due to some technical issue which has been discussed here on another thread. I totally understand there are challenges but I still can't help being disappointed especially now that I just received a mail from a potential buyer who is complaining that he cannot complete his order because it says delivery is not available for his location (when I have actually enabled delivery nationwide) and to crown my disappointment, I cannot reach konga customer care till Monday because its a weekend and by Monday, the customer may have changed his mind and ordered elsewhere thereby causing me to lose a precious sale (remember I still don't have any as I am yet to accept the only one)......so you see, can't help my disappointment.

    Hello Oge, Apologises for this, we understand the urgency , as this is affecting your sales.
    Our Tech  Support team have been notified and are currently looking into this, plese rest assured , this will be resolved

    24 hour customer care for sellers is still some time off and frankly, I don't see the need. That's additional cost for Konga: salary, overhead etc.
    In the scenario painted above, customer care will only say sorry because it is a general issue and out of their hands.
    So my dear, I have decided to unlook in order to avoid wrinkles at my young and sweet 16 age. Things will normalise soon enough.
